CNA:
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in Illinois.
Must pass pre-employment physical exam and TB test. Including drug screen, criminal background investigation, and reference check.
Minimum of one year experience is required.
LPN:
Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Illinois.
Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn company software.
Must pass pre-employment physical exam and TB test. Including drug screen, criminal background investigation, and reference check.
Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics a plus.
Minimum of one year experience.
RN:
